Spinning classes are fun and suits all levels of fitness, so if you just want to tone up or you want to get fit, this is ideal for you. Classes every Tuesday here in the Withywood Centre:

 10am - 11am and again 6:30pm - 8.15pm

Class sizes are limited so pre-booking is required. Price is £4.50 per session.
